Brazilian government accused
Oct 1 - The government tops a list of 100 illegal loggers in the country's Amazon rain forest.
The Environment Ministry says it will prosecute all those on the list after reports that deforestation of Brazil's Amazon rain forest has increased sharply in recent months.
