Jul 23 - Hurricane Dolly's entry into the Gulf of Mexico reminded energy markets and consumers of another risk factor - - - Mother Nature.

Analysts warn oil prices could set new records if major Gulf oil and gas operations are disrupted. Global oil supplies remain tight due to surging demand in China and India.
