			<media:text type="html">TVN24 published what it described as amateur footage showing a forest ranger aiming and firing a rifle at the moose in the Ursus district of Warsaw.      &lt;p&gt;The apparent decision to use live rounds instead of sedating the animal has raised concerns with legal experts and environmentalists. According to Polish law it is illegal to use hunting firearms near residential areas.</media:text>

			<media:text type="html">As part of a conservation programme carried out by the Venezuelan Environmental Ministry, some 250 Orinoco caimans and 5,000 Arrau turtles were released back into the wild.   &lt;P&gt;The Orinoco Caiman is part of the crocodile family.  It gets its name from the Orinoco river, the longest in South America at 2,140km (1,330 miles).  &lt;P&gt;At one time the Caiman could once be found in most Venezuela and Colombian rivers.&lt;P&gt;Hayley Platt reports.</media:text>
