<media:text type="html">Jemal Tkeshelashvili, an 18-year-old Georgian athlete, attempted to make the Guinness Book of Records by blowing up the rubber hot water bottles until they burst.

Tkeshelashvili managed to burst three rubber bottles with his nose - in 23 seconds, 16 seconds, and 13 seconds.

The current record for blowing up a standard hot water bottle until it bursts was 51.98 seconds set by Brian Jackson from the United States in April 2006.

The young athlete now has to wait for the World Guinness Book Commission to confirm his status as record holder.<
